TiBase Abutments
The Neoss® TiBase abutments and ScanPost are designed to be compatible with the TiBase solution and the inLab design software within the Sirona Dental CAD/CAM-System (including grinding blocks from Sirona™ and Ivoclar Vivadent®).
The Neoss TiBase, fitted with the Sirona scan body, allows for a digital impression, capturing the position of the implant and can be used for Intra-oral or model-based scanning. The Neoss ScanPost is suitable for deep sub-gingival implants.
The offer includes TiBase abutments of two sizes, N and W, to account for different emergence profiles.

Intended use
The Neoss TiBase abutments and ScanPost are designed to be compatible with the TiBase solution and the inLab design software within the Sirona Dental CAD/CAM-System. All digitally designed copings and/or crowns for use with the Neoss TiBase Abutments are to be designed and milled using the Sirona Dental CAD/CAM-System.

Assortment
TiBase abutments are available for diameters Ø3.25 and Ø3.5-6.0 mm. TiBase abutments for Neoss implant diameters Ø3.5-6.0 mm are available in two sizes, N and W, to account for different emergence profiles.

ScanPost: Stainless steel.
Packaging
TiBase abutments are delivered non-sterile. TiBase abutments for Neoss implant diameters Ø3.5-6.0 mm include a Crystaloc™ abutment screw and a dedicated titanium screw as laboratory screw. The offer for the Neoss implant diameter Ø3.25 mm includes a TiBase abutment, an abutment screw and a laboratory screw.
The ScanPost includes pre-assembled fixation screw.
The ScanPost and fixing screw can be sterilized and used up to 50 times.
Tightening torque
TiBase Abutment: 32 Ncm.
ScanPost: 10-20 Ncm.
